The motto of Beck Legal Group is “Beyond Expectations” which represents our law firm’s underlying principle that our advice is client-focused, personalised and meets the needs of each person we support.
Beck Legal Group was established to provide expert advocacy support, legal advice and representation in all legal matters.
Our firm was originally formed to be a resource to represent a lobby group, focused on raising awareness around the important role fathers play in the family unit, while highlighting where policy fails to protect the rights and welfare of fathers and their children when they find themselves in crisis.
Our team has since expanded to include a diverse mixture of Legal Professionals that are able to assist in many areas of the Law. For this reason, in 2021 we underwent a restructuring of our firm and are now independently owned and operated.

We aim to uphold the Justice framework ensuring our clients are treated equally and with fairness regardless of their situation.
In the Family Court most of our work is focused in the origin of our firm, advice for fathers, but as we continue to grow in size and reputation we are dealing with a diverse client base in relation to legal issue and personal situation.
With offices across Australia we have the ability to represent our clients needs wherever they arise. We invest in the continual development and education of our team through learning, conferences or networking to ensure we are able to offer relevant, up to date advice for all of our clients.
One of our mottos is “Fighting for Fathers” which we take to incorporate not only the needs of fathers but the rights of their children when the family unit breaks down.
